Our specialties include: Acting as a witness in the notary’s official capacity; Receiving the acknowledgement of certain written instruments; Administering oaths according to Maryland law in certain civil matters; Completing certificates under the notary’s official seal; and Certifying documents and maintain those records in our fair register of official acts. We are accountable to the people and organizations we serve. Our successful loan and notarial signings are achieved through the application of responsiveness, integrity, loyalty and efficiency. We protect our clients assets and respect their confidentiality. We take seriously the right to handle the property and/or assets of clients for the advancement of their position. The trust bestowed upon us is important to us and forms the basis under which all our efforts are successful. The service we provide extends beyond notarizing a signer's signature. It also includes providing extra layers of protection for those unable to protect themselves. In reality, trust is loyalty. In addition, as a Certified Signing Agent (CSA), we are bound to remain in compliance with other public guidance issued by the Secretary of State relating to responsibilities of notary public and performance of notarial acts.
